Indoor pool was great, but the bed was too soft and painful for my shins.

The Peaks Resort offers stunning mountain views and luxurious family accommodations. The guest service was top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious layout of our room with two king-sized beds. My father especially loved the easy access to the golf and spa facilities.
My kids wished for better air conditioning in the rooms. A little more attention to cooling options would improve the stay for families.

I loved that we were just a few steps from the Village Table and only about a 10-minute walk to Town Park, making it super easy to explore the area and enjoy great meals while soaking in the views.

I loved the inviting decor of The Peaks Resort And Spa. the earthy stonework and wooden beams created a cozy atmosphere. The spacious lobby was easy to navigate, making it accessible and comfortable for all guests, including seniors like myself.
Extend the spa and hot tub hours for seniors.

the peaks resort and spa has amazing facilities! the spa offers a range of calming treatments which I thoroughly enjoyed. plus, the location is fantastic, just a quick walk to allred's restaurant at the top of the ski hill. every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, making the entire stay pleasant.
one critique is that the rooms could use some updating.

A Memorable Escape with Stunning Views!
My stay included an unforgettable evening at the hotel restaurant, where the chef's special was a revelation. After a day on the slopes, I enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool—the views were breathtaking! Pro tip, Don’t miss the spa. the steam room revitalized me after a long day of exploring.

The King Suite offered stunning views and the spacious room was perfectly clean. The food was hit or miss. while the toasts were a highlight, some meals disappointed. Service could use improvement, especially at the front desk where staff seemed unfamiliar with local recommendations. The hot tubs, meant to be a relaxing retreat, were often overrun by children, despite age restrictions posted. These aspects could dampen a high-end experience at this otherwise lovely location.

The ski-in/ski-out setup made hitting the slopes a breeze, with a heated valet area stocked with hot chocolate waiting when you returned. The indoor and outdoor heated pool, combined with access to a high-end spa, really nailed the relaxation aspect after a long day of skiing.
Unfortunately, a few significant quirks detracted from the experience. First off, the absence of air conditioning in the summer was rough, and a noisy fan only made it harder to sleep. The cost of parking came as a surprise at $34 a night. Aside from that, the room condition showed signs of wear, including a shower door that didn't seal properly and a less-than-ideal air cooler that felt out of place for the price point. We also encountered some mishaps with dining reservations—initially lost despite confirmation—adding extra frustration to an already pricey dining experience.

The King Room with Two King Beds was pretty comfy for our family. The beds were great for a solid night's sleep, definitely better than two queens. The space was nice, but it could use a little updating. Overall, we had a cozy stay, especially with the beautiful surroundings.

Incredible skiing right from the door and beautiful mountain views from the room. The dining options felt limited and parking fees were a surprise. Nice facilities for biking and hiking nearby.
